Stephanie moore, aprn

Stephanie has over 20 years of experience in integrative medicine. She provides compassionate, holistic care and evaluation/management of complex health conditions in a primary care setting. She sees patients Tues-Fri in the North Tampa/Lutz clinic. Her specialties include medical weight loss, bio-identical hormone replacement therapy and anti-aging medicine. She is also the Master Injector for Dr. Pacholec Wellness & Weight Loss and specializes in wrinkle-reducing neurotoxins and facial augmentation procedures, such as dermal filler and Sculptra collagen stimulating injections.

Dr. Kevin pacholec

Dr. Kevin Pacholec is a Board-Certified internal medicine physician. He completed medical school at Lake Eeire College of Osteopathic Medicine (LECOM) and then completed his 3-year residency through USF Morsani College of Medicine at HCA Florida Blake Hospital. He joined the family practice in 2023 as a provider specializing in cardiometabolic conditions, weight loss, bio-identical hormone replacement therapy and anti-aging medicine. He also specializes in wrinkle-reducing neurotoxin injections, such as Jeuveau and Botox. He sees patients in the St Petersburg clinic Mon-Weds and Fridays and patients in the North Tampa/Lutz clinic on Thursdays. He completed his bachelor’s degree from University of Florida and is an active supporter of the Florida Gators. He also supports all Tampa Bay teams, including the Buccaneers, Lightning and Rays.

Lauren Partridge, Practice Director

Lauren Partridge is the Practice Director of Dr. Pacholec Wellness & Weight Loss. Lauren oversees all non-clinical aspects of the practice including IT communications, security, privacy, marketing, patient comfort, inventory control and HR. Lauren received a bachelor’s of science degree from the University of Miami and enjoys communicating with patients and completes the free consults with prospective patients by phone. Lauren is a mother to 3 beautiful children and enjoys spending time in the outdoors with her family.
